Since your crew worked on my air conditioner my house is so changed. The air is so clean and fresh smelling… I am able to have a comfortable temperature through out. My first electric bill just arrived. Last July I used 58 kwtt/day, this year I used 41 kwtt/day.

I was very impressed with over all operations of ‘REM’. The workers at the job were very friendly, neat in appearance with uniforms. Your trucks and equipment were also impressive to the point that two of my neighbors had seen the excellent job your employees had done. Both neighbors had ‘REM’ install units at their residences. Why Rheem? Mr. Joe Mincher, Sales Engineer, REM was the most professional of all six company representatives with whom we came in contact. Personable, knowledgeable, experienced and competent would best describe Mr. Mincher. He made the selection of Rheem products an easy task. There wasn’t even a second choice. The equipment installation ‘Rheem Team’ included Riley, Randy and T.J. We apologize for not knowing their last names. They were outstanding in every respect. They spoke highly of their company REM and about the Rheem product line. Every ‘Team’ member was polite, professional and accommodating. These men truly demonstrated a tradesman’s adroitness seldom found today. Besides knowing what they were doing they were each chivalrous.
