21-Point Air Conditioning Tune Up

A new air conditioning system can be costly…so prolong the life of your system by performing a tune-up
on your equipment a minimum of once per year.

An annual air conditioning and heating maintenance will keep your system running at peak performance keeping utility bills and costly repairs down. It can also insure your equipment manufacturer’s warranty remains in effect since they usually require annual maintenance.

Our preventive maintenance check up consists of:

Check cooling and heating cycles Clean and check condenser coil Check inside evaporator coil Check blower assembly Oil fan motors according to recommendations of manufacturer Calibrate thermostat Inspect filter and clean washable filers Inspect safety controls Monitor starting capacity Electrically measure amperage draw Check defrost cycles
