Air Conditioning Maintenance
A new air conditioning system can be costly…so prolong the life of your system by performing a tune-up
on your equipment a minimum of once per year.

An annual air conditioning and heating maintenance will keep your system running at peak performance keeping utility bills and costly repairs down. It can also insure your equipment manufacturer’s warranty remains in effect since they usually require annual maintenance.

Our preventive maintenance check up consists of:

  1. Check cooling and heating cycles
  2. Clean and check condenser coil
  3. Check inside evaporator coil
  4. Check blower assembly
  5. Oil fan motors according to recommendations of manufacturer
  6. Calibrate thermostat
  7. Inspect filter and clean washable filers
  8. Inspect safety controls
  9. Monitor starting capacity
  10. Electrically measure amperage draw
  11. Check defrost cycles
  1. Check all electrical control connections and tighten if needed
  2. Clean out drain line and add tablets to drain pan for algae and sludge build up
  3. Check level of outside unit
  4. Check Freon pressures
  5. Inspect breakers
  6. Secure fan blades
  7. Examine heat exchanger
  8. Check heat strips
  9. Check reversing valve
  10. Inspect contactor and relays
